 New York Shooter

 The reason or the motive for this shooting had something to do with someone or a business inside the building of this shooting. Watching his body language as he was walking up to the building, was a man with determination, focus and confidence. He was on a mission. If he was going to New York to kill people and make a big splash he could have shot many people walking in the street at that time of day, he didn't.

 He picked that building for a reason. He was a security guard at a Las Vegas casino. They state he had mental issues, if so how did he get a license to carry a firearm. I believe he had some issue with the NFL or football in general. The NFL has offices in that building. He went there to make a statement.  

What I don't understand watching the video clips last night was a woman who looked like she was handcuffed being surrounded by ten to fifteen police officers running her down the street. It looked to me as she was handcuffed, no one is talking about that or the reason for it.
